Kristen Stewart sings as Joan Jett

Twilight’s leading lady Kristen Stewart has been busy filming ‘The Runaways’ where she plays rocker Joan Jett back in the mid-to-late ‘70s!!  She also plays next to her Twilight ‘New Moon’ costar Dakota Fanning. Kristen says:

“I’ve never played a real person before. I’m excited about the music. It’s intense. I’m going to cinematically deflower Dakota Fanning.”

Kristen even spent some hands-on time with Joan Jett to learn her moves on the guitar and mannerisms.  The film looks pretty good…I hope she acts better in this movie than Twilight.

Kristen Stewart refused to talk about a relationship with Robert Pattinson

‘Twilight’ actress Kristen Stewart has refused to talk to the media about the rumors stirring about a romance with costar Robert Pattinson.

The two have been seen together at concerts and hotels for months now, but Kristen refuses to confirm or deny the rumors of being an exclusive couple in a relationship.  In an interview with Entertainment Weekly she said:

“I’m not going to give the fiending an answer.  Think about every hypothetical situation.  Okay, we are. We aren’t. I’m a lesbian.”

WTF? She’s so weird…

Twilight photo shoot with Harper’s Bazaar

Hit book and movie series ‘Twilight’ is still in the media spotlight and we have a sneak peek at the latest photo shoot of the film stars, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, with Harper’s Bazaar magazine’s December 2009 issue.

And it gets even better!!  Rumors are stirring that in the interview the two will be revealing their romantic relationship.  I personally don’t think they are together; it’s just Twilight fans’ way of keeping Edward and Bella together.

‘New Moon’ stars press conference in Mexico City

The second installment in the Twilight saga, ‘New Moon’ hits Mexico City this week as stars Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner attended a press conference for the film.

When asked about his interest in the book series by Stephenie Meyer, Taylor said, “Personally, I wasn’t a fan of books or reading. And I started reading Twilight and realized that the story was amazing.”

Well yeah the story is amazing!!  And it’s gonna be even better to watch Jacob on the big screen!!

Kristen was asked, “Have you ever fallen in love with your best friend?” Her response? “No.”

Kristen Stewart struggling with celebrity fame

‘Twilight’ mega star Kristen Stewart says she is struggling with the celebrity fame that has been thrown on her for playing the famous Bella Swan in the ‘Twilight’ series, and she’s not totally prepared to handle it.

“I had no idea it would turn out like this when I signed up for the movie.  And I am glad I didn’t because it would’ve tripped me out. What people told me [when I signed on to Twilight] was that there would be a lot of fan girls, people who love the books.  But people don’t tell you that as long as you’re living in Los Angeles, it’s a show every second of your day. It’s like the Kristen show. And it’s so boring!”

I don’t know if it’s so much ‘the Kristen show’ as it is the ‘follow around the girl that is hooked on the arm of Robert Pattinson show.’  That’s my opinion, at least.  I knew Twilight would be big, but to be honest, I didn’t think it would have this kind of ripple effect in the Hollywood world.

Vanity Fair was kind enough to pull the cast of Twilight together for a sexy photo shoot and we’ve got the pics!!

When asked about her fame, she says, “People don’t tell you that as long as you’re living in Los Angeles, it’s a show every second of your day. It’s like the Kristen show. And it’s so boring!”

Twilight main characters Edward (Robert Pattinson) and Bella (Kristen Stewart) have such an amazing chemistry on set that it carries off camera too!  Screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg tells Eonline.com:

“Their chemistry on film is so extraordinary; they were beautifully cast for those roles and their chemistry is amazing. I think people often confuse chemistry on-screen with chemistry off-screen. I think people should just enjoy what’s on-screen and leave their privates lives wherever they are. I don’t actually know what they are.”

We love their on-screen romance and think it’s fun to dish about the gossip off-set too!!  But I guess the media should be more respectful of their personal lives…pfh, yeah right!!  They are celebrities…they are Twilight celebrities!  They are paid to be in the spotlight…suck it up and quit trying to stand up for them Melissa!
