Larry Birkhead testified in court on Friday saying that he saw Anna Nicole Smith take prescription drugs back in 2004 when the two lived together.
The father of the late model’s daughter Dannielynn, Larry had to take the stand in a preliminary hearing to determine of two of Anna Nicole’s doctors should stand trial for conspiracy to illegally provide her with controlled substances.
