According to TMZ actor Tom Cruise is being sued for spying!! The Mission Impossible star supposedly hired Private Investigator Anthony Pellicano to illegally wiretap Michael Davis Sapir’s phone (magazine editor).
This isn’t the first run in between Tom and Michael. Tom sued the editor back in 2001 after claiming he had video evidence that Tom “engaged in a homosexual relationship” but settled after both parties stated that no such tape existed.
Now, Michael is suing Tom for a minimum of $5 million, claiming Tom had his phone wiretapped during the 2001 lawsuit.
I bet they settle this one out of court, too.
