Media mogul and talk show host Oprah Winfrey is being sued by a flight attendant aboard her private jet over allegations of “inappropriate intimate behavior” with a pilot during flight.
Flight attendant Corrine Gehrls filed suit on Friday, claiming she was fired from her job in July after she was accused of engaging in “inappropriate intimate behavior” with Chief Pilot Terry Pansing during a flight. Terry was fired, too.
But here’s some more drama for you…Corrine claims that she was plotted against by two other flight attendants, Myron Gooch and Kirby Bumpus, who lied to Oprah to get her fired.
One more piece of drama…apparently Kirby is Oprah’s best friend’s (Gayle King) daughter!! Corrine obviously did something to upset the two flight attendants for them to go to the boss about this.
The legal papers state, “Gooch and Bumpus falsely told Winfrey and Harpo that on the June 14, 2009 Harpo flight… Pansing and Gehrls had been observed having inappropriate intimate conduct outside the cockpit of the plane.”
According to TMZ, the flight attendant, Corrine Gehrls, is asking for damages in excess of $75,000.
Wow…that’s too funny! Does she really think she can sue Oprah and WIN? Ha!!
Girls, don’t play hanky panky with co-workers while on the job, and more importantly, don’t piss off your boss’ best friend’s daughter!!
