The famous rhinestone-encrusted glove worn by King of Pop Michael Jackson for his first “moonwalk” dance in 1983 sold for $350,000 on Saturday at an auction in New York.
The auction was held by Julien’s Auctions as the estimated going price for the simple left-handed glove was just $40,000-$60,000, yet it’s final price, after commission but before tax, was $420,000!!
OMG!!
The auction featured more than 70 items from MJ’s career, including sparkle-encrusted shoes and socks, an autographed shirt, a 1985 Mercedes-Benz, handwritten letters, posters, a fedora hat, and a black jacket.
It‘s quiet in here! Why not leave a response?
